AvaSpec-NIR256/512-2.5-HSC-EVO Near Infrared Fiber Spectrometer
Avantes has many models of near-infrared spectrometers, and the 2. x series extended InGaAs spectrometers use 256 or 512 pixel detectors to measure spectral ranges up to 2500nm. HSC is an improved version of the AvaSpec-NIR2.5TEC spectrometer, with higher sensitivity, lighter weight, and smaller volume. It is based on an optical platform with a focal length of 100mm and a numerical aperture of 0.13, achieving a balance between resolution and sensitivity.
The AvaSpec-NIR256/512-2.5-HSC-EVO spectrometer has multiple gratings to choose from, and users can select the appropriate grating according to their application. The spectrometer also offers two gain modes: LN (low noise, default setting) mode, which can adopt long integration time and obtain higher signal-to-noise ratio, or HS (high sensitivity) mode, used for low light measurement. Through digital and analog I/O interfaces, the spectrometer can be externally triggered and Avantes' shutter equipped light source and pulse light source can be controlled.
The AvaSpec-NIR256/512-2.5-HSC-EVO spectrometer uses an InGaAs detector with secondary cooling specifically designed for near-infrared, which can be connected to a computer through a USB 3.0 interface with a data transfer speed of 1.11ms. The spectrometer comes standard with AvaSoft Basic software, operation manual, and USB/power cord. The AvaSpec-NIR256/512-2.5-HSC-EVO spectrometer is equipped with replaceable slits, greatly increasing its flexibility in configuration.
